Follow various steps of his career up close and personal with Sadio as the films narrator and learn more about him as a part of Liverpool FC squad through fellow team mates such as Mo Salah, Naby Keita or Virgil van Dijk. VSC teamed up with Berlin based NGO Common Goal to accompany Bayern Munich´s Serge Gnabry on his trip to Abidjan, Ivory Coast. As Serge is reconnecting with his roots, we learn more about his engagement on the ground with the local NGO Tackle Africa and get to know what it means to be an athlete with a purpose. The “Two Worlds of Modern Football” gives us an authentic and personal insight in Serges life and shows, how football can be utilized to change lives and make the world a better place. We supported Onefootball’s video and content team to develop their World Cup 2018 strategy. Together we brought Onefootball TV, the first in-app 24/7 content live-stream, featuring creators and influencers from all around the world, to life. Out of all content, Vertical Social Club produced 12 videos for two different formats in Mexico, Brazil, Germany and the UK. “We are one” portrays every country’s unique football passion and identity out of the eyes of locally relevant football creators. “Match-Day Munchies” the second format we produced, was dedicated to the unique food-culture at game days.
